Job Description
  • Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC in any field.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Candidates without experience may also apply
  • Required Skill(s): Excel, Microsoft Office
  • Preferably Entry Level specialized in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
  • Able to adapt to a fast pace environment.
  • Positive working attitude
  • Able to start work immediately
  • Input data from time sheets, and individual time cards to computerised payroll system
  • Handle basic administrative payroll duties including data entry and preparation of payroll summay, etc
  • Handle administrative duties including drafting of letters relating to employees’ employment, etc
  • Liaise directly with Operation Managers, Executives and Supervisors regarding their employee attendance records
  • To assist the HR department in running the payroll to ensure all processes and procedures are carried out in order
  • Provide assistance to HR department as and when necessary
