Job Description:

Responsibilities:
  • Payroll processing, via Sage EPE Software, on twice monthly basis
  • Payroll reports & statutory submission
  • Data entry & update of personnel & payroll records
  • Maintaining and updating of annual, medical or other related leaves
  • Management of employee’s enquiries on salary related matters, via face-to-face or tele-conversation
  • Other ad-hoc HR duties/projects assigned
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in Business / Human Resource Management or any related field
  • At least 3 years relevant experience, handing 400 or more headcount
  • Hands-on and operational individual with strong time management skills
  • Able to multi-task effectively
  • Ability to resolve problems quickly and effectively and determining appropriate courses of actions
  • Familiar with Employment and CPF Acts
  • Knowledge in Sage EPE Software is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Team player with mature personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
