Job Responsibilities
Personal assistant
  • Reading, monitoring and responding to all company general emails
  • preliminary drafting of correspondence on your boss’s behalf
  • delegating work in your boss’s absence
  • diary management
  • conducting research
  • typing documents
  • managing ad hoc tasks
HR
  • Manage full spectrum of human resource functions (i.e. recruitment, employee relations, compensation, appraisal)
  • Leave management & disciplinary action
  • Seek new ways of working with improved methods & keeping best practice
  • Plan for employee training 
  • Manage payroll
  • Handle MOM work passes, prepare employment, confirmation and warning letter, etc. 
  • Handle reporting and survey by government bodies 
  • Manage proper filing and track records of employee personnel files 
  • Work passes and Quota administration
  • Good knowledge of Employment Act, MOM, PDPA guidelines & government HR-related grant
  • Manage queries from employees and Finance
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in human resources management or equivalent. 
  • At least 3 years of experience in human resources or related field.
  • Ability to work independently within minimal supervision.
  • Ability to communicate and interact with people of different cultures and nationalities.
  • Strong organisational and management skills.
  • Able to muliti-tasking effectively
