Responsibilities:

  • Assist the CEO and make sure all food, accommodation, daily cleaning and other miscellaneous needs of the CEO are taken care of.
  • Constant travel required(to a new country every 2 months on average without definite time to return, nomad-like lifestyle)
  • Assist the CEO in the timely management of communications, including written, telephone, email, and voicemail.
  • Compose and edit letters, documents, emails, proposals and ensure follow up with those that require answers, responses, and written replies.
  • Assist in the management and organization of the CEOs calendar by scheduling appointments, meetings, engagements, and daily activities, including running errands.
  • Manage and coordinate travel for both business and personal arrangements.
  • Spend time and become familiar with all aspects of business and residence.
  • Assist in screening calls, emails, transmittals, new hires etc.
  • Prepare agendas, attend meetings, and transcribe correspondence from handwritten notes.
  • Coordinate onsite or online meetings or events.
  • Assist in file organization.
  • Assist in CRM software’s/tools
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns as needed in the future
  • Coordinate the hosting of in-house events as needed in the future
  • Manage website/logo designs as needed in the future
  • Perform variety of office and personal errands.
  • Coordinate and manage vendors and contractors at office and/or residence.
  • Conduct ad-hoc research.
  • Help with business accounting and bookkeeping.
  • Be the local director as needed for the company and its globally affiliated businesses.
  • After regular working hours, still keep a tab on business related communications and help with urgent matters if necessary.
  • Help with expanding the business into new countries, which includes tasks such as: helping and following up with licensing applications, bank account applications, incorporations, business plan drafting and reviewing etc
  • Help with all other aspects of the business, as needed, which includes, but is not limited to, any of the following: customer service and customer verifications; recording or auditing of trades; organise customers files and data; processing customers’ trades, monitoring and managing various parts of the business, including but not limited to: capital flow, advertisements, staff schedules, trades, accounting & book-keeping, HR, payrolls, handling source of funds verifications and other anti-money laundering obligations;
  • Travel on short notice, alone or with colleagues, to any country as needed.
  • Report suspicious matters/customers to the relevant compliance team as needed
  • All other tasks related to the operations and expansions of the business as needed
  • Other miscellaneous tasks and tasks not listed here as needed.

You will also have exceptional communication skills and can speak fluent Mandarin.Your role will be busy and diverse in ensuring that all office administration of the company and duties needed by the CEO are attended to. Furthermore, you will play a major part in the evolution of the business, expanding into new markets and using systems and processes to improve the customer experience and ultimately grow the business globally.Please note this role will require long hours but the financial rewards will be enormous... if you aren't able to commit to a significant amount of your time, this role is not for you!
