Achieve monthly retention & renewal targets of existing clients, and grow overall portfolio size by up-selling and cross-selling across Suitsupply products and services.
Identify existing and new client opportunities to promote growth of sales, and manage clients’ needs by sending your own personally styled/curated outfits lookbooks for your customers alongside updating your FaceTime report and CRM database daily.
Develop individual customer’s record through monitoring their shopping patterns in addition to analysis from customer insight and marketing.
Use profiles to identify proactive sales opportunities and build lasting relationships with customers to help grow the business with focus on clients in Singapore.
Recognise and record top spenders; build relationships with them to grow their spend.
Provide timely assistance and support to clients regarding their queries and issues related to SuitSupply and making sure to prioritize customer satisfaction.
Support marketing team CRM initiatives such as events and campaigns as required.
Maximise use of calls, messages and emails as part of daily correspondence.
Increase spend of individuals and develop customer loyalty through understanding customer’s style needs: identify link sale opportunities for requested items, suggest additional pieces to their taste from weekly uploads.
Ensure prompt follow up activity with customers acquired through Personal Shopping Events/Promotions to build lasting relationships.
Ensure product arrival notification emails are sent, special orders processed and other team member’s workload is covered in their absence.
SERVICE IN STORE
To personally demonstrate that the client is key and that their experience is the top priority.
Always take the initiative to engage and greet the client within 5 seconds of them entering the store.
You must engage with the client in order to fully understand their needs and then provide the appropriate help and support to ensure an impeccable brand experience.
Manage pre-reservation lists: ensure maximum sales are closed personally and for the team; liaise with Store Manager to make sure products with limited quantities are offered to top spenders first.
Ensure that your behaviour at all times is in the interest of good service and ensures the safety and security of our customers and your colleagues.
When applicable, always turn negative feedback into a positive outcome.
Experience gained as a sales assistant with client book / personal shopper for a luxury fashion brand essential.
Extensive knowledge of the current trends and fashions within women’s wear.
Excellent communication skills, specifically with regard to building relationships with customers.
Excellent keyboard and written skills, articulate with good spelling and grammar.
Numerate with strong computer literacy particularly in Excel and outlook.
Ability to work hard and play hard, as part of a growing team.
Friendly, helpful, confident with an engaging personality
Excellent eye for detail and organisational skills.
Proven ability to work to stringent deadlines.
Pro-active and able to show initiative/ideas to constantly improve the customer experience and drive sales.
Must have the confidence to contribute ideas to the working processes at Suitsupply – even those outside your day-to-day remit.
Ideally, you will be fluent in English, and one other Mother Tongue
