Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Responsible for sourcing and procurement, selecting suppliers at the best costs, quality and service
• Monitors and communicates supplier performance for deliver, quality and cost management • Implement commodity strategies to ensure long term, cost effective supply of materials
• Submit and Reconcile Expense Reports for Various Countries
• Carry out administrative duties such as filing, tying, copying, binding, scanning & etc.
•  Develop administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities and experimental growth opportunities
• Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level at office, anticipating needed suppliers; placing orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
• Must be able to work independently and in teams, handle multiple tasks and able to work in a high standard in an environment where tight timelines/deadlines are normal course
•  Enquires for products, function, price and delivery schedule • Developing and Maintaining suppliers and alternate sources
• Responsible for negotiation and planning of delivery schedule in all Purchasing Matters and Projects • Enter order details into internal databases (e.g vendors, quantities, prices)
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
• Regular Communication with internal and external team to provide most up to date information on the status of orders and to understand production priorities
• Manage purchasing activities to ensure that sufficient parts are on hand to meet short range schedules for make to order products
Job Requirements:
•Diploma or Degree in Business Admin or a similar preferred field
• Min 1 Year experience as an Office Administrative Executive or in a similar role of Procurement
• Experience in a customer service field is preferred
• Organized, proactive and results oriented
• Possess a strong attention to details and accuracy is essential
• Team player, detail oriented, results oriented, self-motivated with well-developed communication, interpersonal skills and possess hands-on experience
• Willingness to learn and have an inquisitive mindset • Good in problem solving & understanding customers’ needs
• Strong MS Office knowledge with advanced in MS Excel
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
