Job Description

Job Description:

  • Coordinate and ensure completeness of course accreditation applications documents for submissions to different funding agencies
  • Facilitate internal review meeting for internal and external audit reports, when necessary
  • Facilitate account creation processes for new hires
  • Process project management requests and assist in planning, execution, delivery, and monitoring of projects
  • Prepare stakeholder reports, when necessary
  • Assist and monitor ICT Business Unit’s performance and tasks deliverables and provide feedback to team members
  • Provide ongoing product-related support to Operations Team and Sales Team (assisting in answering queries and providing assistance to Sales and Ops Team)
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer
  • Good Degree in Business Administration/Industrial Engineering/Operations/Information
    Technology/Project management with min 3 years of working experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good presentation skills and able to write well
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Good organizational and administrative skills
  • Able to work independently and a good team player
