Job Description:

  • To man a hotline for a national project during office hours, with the objective of matching volunteers to support a child in need
  • To provide administrative data entry for various projects
  • To prepare summary reports for various projects
  • To issue invoices
  • Attends to office calls & walk-ins when necessary


  • GCE ‘O’ level and above
  • Must be above 21 years old due to project’s requirements
  • At least 2 years relevant working experience
  • Strong in administrative skills (MS Excel is a must)
  • Attentive to details
  • Strong in both verbal and spoken English
  • Clear-headed and able to work under pressure
  • Willing to work on some public holidays each year
  • Enjoys working in a team
