Job Description:

Provide support to PI for fieldwork documentation, as well as reading and processing of information from archival sources and references, and academic events, for the Research Project (AcRF Tier 1) to produce three main publication outputs. There are 2 positions available for work commitment amounting to 20h/week.

Duties & Responsibilities

Provide support to PI for fieldwork documentation, as well as reading and processing of information from archival sources and references, via compiling, sorting, and cataloguing, as well as analysis of the information, leading to publication output targets specified in the research project proposal. Assist with academic events (public seminars and workshops connected to research project) and documentation of these events (written reports, videography) as part of the activities leading to publication output targets.

Bachelors (preferably with Hons) in any related Arts discipline not restricted to Architecture. Ability to assist with research tasks, involving reading, writing and analyzing texts and sources. Familiarity with archives and with texts and references on Southeast Asian historical and contemporary urban contexts is a bonus.
