Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES
Retrieve information from system for printing shipping invoices
Liaise with In-stock department for items ordered by customer
Liaise with Accounts department for invoicing matters
Packing of orders for customers
Creating of Air way bill
Generate Invoices/packing list and QC all item before delivery
Liaise with customer through email once items are shipped
And other ad hoc duties
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum ‘O’ Level and w/ 1 year of working experience and above
Knowledge of computer
Ability to communicate in English
COMPETENCIES
Detailed oriented
Communication skills
Good teamwork
Ability to take initiative
