Job Description:

  • Managing day-to-day administrative functions of the office
  • processing customers order for products (invoices, updating delivery schedule and record)
  • Scheduling for installation and servicing of products
  • Assist in preparation and order fulfilment for local servicing
  • Contact customers regarding order quantity and handle phone calls/e-mails from customers
    regarding order requests, enquiries, and concerns
  • MInimum GCE ‘O’ level 
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in providing administrative support. 
  • Expereince in retail industry will be an added advantage
