Job Description:

Responsibilities
  • Support sales team including quotation, order processing, goods return etc
  • Attend to sales/tender enquiries, prepare quotations and follow up
  • Order processing and delivery arrangement
  • Assist customers in pre and  after-sales services
  • Attend to sales  enquiries via email  phone call 
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years working experience in similar field
  • Able to perform repetitive tasks; good communication and organizational skills, attention to details, a team player and possess a positive working attitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft office and Internet research
  • Mature and able to work independently
  • Must be bilingual in English and Mandarin (in order to handle sales enquires and feedbacks from English and Mandarin speaking clients through phones and emails.)
