As Sale Coordinator, you will be reporting to the Senior Manager. Your principal duties include but not limited to the followings:
Maintain organized sales records and report month-end goal setting to the senior management team
Arrange for creation and distribution of presentations and supporting documents to help sales team generate business leads
Support senior management by completing orders and keeping customers informed of delays and delivery dates
Monitor and organize inventory while effectively tracking new services and products for sale
Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails and handling orders by phone
Establish active communication and engagement with sales representatives to ensure that orders are processed promptly
Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
Establish the planning process for the company by converting Sales forecast into feasible manufacturing plan;
Create and release production orders and ensure on-time closing of production orders;
Oversee preparation and timely release of raw materials to production to meet production orders. Track usage of raw materials to production;
Identify, negotiate and drive resolution of any conflicts with different departments related to material, availability, capacity and order promise integrity;
Work closely with Sales, purchasing to update demand forecast and ensure on-time ordering, receipt, delivery, raw materials and finished goods shipments;
Oversee and delegate the physical stock transfer between production and warehouse;
Prepare monthly report on the performance of production and highlight issues and bottlenecks that may potentially impact the achievement of the production schedule and customer satisfaction;
Document planning/scheduling guidelines and processes and support the analysis, development and implementation of new planning best practices;
Tracks the progress of goods as they are being manufactured to ensure they remain on schedule;
Revises schedules as needed to accomplish certain benchmarks in the manufacturing process;
Performs time studies in order to determine how long certain tasks take;
Communicates with Manufacturing Manager on what production goals need to be met;
Develops plans for streamlining processes so that operations may flow more smoothly.
Preparation of DO & Tax Invoice.
Preparation of various monthly reports to Management (Sale & Purchase Invoice Summary, Sales & Sales Profit Report, Sale by Segment sales Report, Unit Price Calculation, Bi-yearly Sales Budget Report, etc.).
You will be required to perform faithfully and diligently the duties of the position in which you are engaged and any other duties that you may be assigned to from time to time.
