Acquire new sales and grow sales volume with existing customers.
Perform full pre and post sales activities.
Identify key decision makers within targeted accounts.
Preparation of quotations and tender and liaise with multiple business units.
Gather market intelligence.
Maintain and achieve customer satisfaction in pursuit of business targets.
Generate leads and develop lead opportunities for client services and solutions.
Engagement with decision makers with discussion on their business pains.
Conduct peer-to-peer conversation with senior executives, multiple enterprise and its purchasing behaviour. Individuals in each targeted company to gain a cross functional view of the manage goals and objectives of multiple projects concurrently.
Participate in conference calls with clients to articulate various trends in the market and further outline lead opportunities.
Maintain accurate sales records (prospects pipeline and accomplished sales).
