Duties & Responsibilities:

  • To provide full administrative support to Director including the following:
  • Handling Personal/Private/Confidential  matters for the Director
  • Managing heavy meeting schedules and appointments
  • Making travel arrangements, processing of travel visas and hotel arrangements
  • Managing emails and correspondences, drafting letters
  • Preparing reports, briefing papers and other confidential documents
  • Maintaining good electronic/hardcopy filing systems
  • Handling and screening of phone calls and enquiries, and attending to visitors
  • Organizing meetings and assisting in meeting preparations
  • Any other ad-hoc assignments as and when necessary
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ level/Certificate in Secretarial Study or its equivalent
  • Comfortable dealing with senior management level across different cultures and countries
  • Reliable; discreet and diplomatic
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to be multi-task, resourceful and able to manage deliverables effectively
  • Have to be detailed-oriented with strong organization skill
  • Possess a flexible approach to work
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office programs
