Support the Senior Vice President (Health Innovation & Translation) in project management, scheduling matters, meeting and event logistics, overseas travel, and other administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the office.
Assist the Senior Manager in following up with various Faculties and Institutes in NUS concerning the Health Innovation & Translation efforts driven by the Senior Vice President (Health Innovation & Translation), which may include collation of information, setting up of engagement sessions, managing milestones and follow-ups, and other duties as required.
Act as the point of contact for admin enquiries and requests to the Senior Vice President (Health Innovation & Translation), take the necessary steps to gather and organise information, as well as prioritise matters requiring attention for timely follow-up.
Provide assistance to the Senior Manager in preparing meeting documents, presentation slides, speeches, and other communication materials, as requested by the Senior Vice President (Health Innovation & Translation).
Degree in business administration / management / sciences.
Possess minimally 2 years of experience in corporate administrative role.
Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging and maintaining effective working relationships with teams.
Takes initiative and possesses good problem-solving skills.
Able to multitask, handle ambiguity and is comfortable to work in a face-paced environment.
Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree
