Job Description:
As a Senior Human Resource Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing, managing, and administering our employees’ rewards, perks, and benefits. You will also help shape our employer brand strategy. Your role will be extremely important as you will be developing programs that to improve performance, engagement, and satisfaction of our employees. To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with HR technology, including payroll systems.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle the full spectrum of Human Resource functions of a business unit or group of business unit (talent acquisition, compensation, and benefits, learning and development, payroll).
- In charge of the company’s overall total rewards, payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
- Prepare documents to process monthly payroll and submission of income tax in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist HR Manager in championing initiatives in areas such as employee engagement, employee welfare, talent management and retention.
- Interface and build relationships within HR community to effectively deploy HR services to execute and support HR/talent strategy whilst removing redundancies and overlap.
- Create consistent compensation guidelines that match the values and organizational culture.
- Manage and provide support to the annual review process.
- Ensure that compensation practices follow current laws and regulations.
- Conduct periodic audits, prepare, and present reports.
- Ad Hoc HR administration duties when required
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in HRM
- Minimum 5 years of HR work experience preferably in the service environment
- Good knowledge in HR matter and Singapore Employment Act
- Proficient with MS office and excel
- Energetic, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Possess good working attitude and positive mindset
- Preferable able to start work immediately
