My client is an established executive-education institution with global footprints. My client is looking for a Senior Program Coordinator to join the team.
about the job
As a Senior Program Coordinator, you will work closely with the Program Director and relevant stakeholders on program coordination, program planning, scheduling and preparing teaching materials. You will be involved in program budgeting as well. You will help with organizing company visits, hosting meetings and supporting guest speakers during the program. You will provide timely support to participants before and during the programme. You will follow up after the programme to ensure an enriching experience.
You will be involved in various events panning and management where your help with logistics will be required. Other general administrative duties will be assigned to you on an ad hoc basis.
skills and experience required
You must come with at least 4 years of programme coordination or events management experience, within the academia scene and having overseas exposure is highly advantageous. Having a Degree in Business Admin or Hospitality Management is preferred, however, not a must.
You should have good communication skills, articulate and able to present yourself confidently in order to ensure efficient communication within the team and when facing clienteles. You must be IT savvy and be able to adapt well with new software or applications.
