Job scope:
  • Maintenance contracts matters (supporting role).
  • Issuing and following up on after-sales quotations (supporting role).
  • Maintenance administrative matters.
  • Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.
  • Maintain customer database.
  • Scheduling for Monthly Lift Maintenance and Annual inspections.
Requirement:
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Good verbal communication skills in English., •Good sense of responsibility and able to work independently., •Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
Additional Info : 
  • 5 days (0830 – 1745)
  • Annual leaves increases with seniority.
  • Able to start work soon.
  • One year contract.
  • Singaporeans preferred.
