Job Description

Job Description:

  • Interfacing & coordinating backend service activities between Customers, Field Service Team & other departments in the organization.
  • Fulfilling commercial requirements of customers & other departments in the organization

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare reactive service quotations and service contracts for customers
  • Communicate and follow-up with customers until acceptance
  • Record all the documents on the company server and ensure all the hard copies are properly organized
  • Monitor service orders completion and follow-up with engineers to close the orders
  • Engineers working hours reconciliation and monthly over time claim preparation
  • Prepare service data analysis, monthly service reports and KPI
  • Communicate with regional distributors for the spare parts
  • Support the service team with any other administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • At least 3 years relevant experience in sales administration or customer service
  • Possess initiative, self-motivated, articulate, organized
