As a Customer Service Officer, Call Centre, you must have a passion for listening and interacting with people and technology. You desire to deliver a great customer experience where you will fit right in with our team who aims to ensure that every customer is a happy one at M1.
Provide personalised service to phone-in enquiries and feedback from customers
Provide immediate attention to customers’ needs and follow-up with appropriate resolution
Build rapport with customers and to understand their needs
Technical Skills and Competencies Trainee will learn:
Gain first hand mobile and fixed communication products and service knowledge within the telecommunication industry
Learn how to upscale communication skills – the art of listening to understand before response
Learn how to mitigate and manage customers’ emotions in impromptu situations
Effectively bilingual and articulate with a strong command of spoken and written English
Ability to build rapport with customers and to understand their needs within short time frame
Effective team player who like to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Able to commit office hours
Eligibility Criteria for SGUnitedTraineeships:
Singapore Citizen; and
Diploma graduates from ITEs, polytechnics, universities, or other educational institutions (e.g. private universities and overseas institutions); or
Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree
