As a Customer Service Officer, Social Media, you must have a passion for listening and interacting with people and technology. You desire to deliver a great customer experience where you will fit right in with our team who aims to ensure that every customer is a happy one at M1.
Specific Responsibilities:
  • Handle customers’ correspondences including emails, live chat and social media like Facebook, Instagram and Twitter
  • Execute service recovery actions and provide timely, accurate and quality solutions to customers
  • Liaise with internal and external parties for effective resolutions
  • Diploma holder
  • An extrovert who enjoys the dynamism of social media
  • Results-oriented and effective team player with an eye for details and business processes in a dynamic environment
  • Able to commit office hours
Technical Skills and Competencies Trainee will learn:
  • Gain first hand mobile and fixed communication products and service knowledge within the telecommunication industry
  • Learn how to upscale communication skills –  the art of listening to understand before responding in digital platforms timely
  • Learn how to collaborate within our internal departments to deliver a great customer experience on social platforms
Duration of Traineeship Offered:
  • 12 months
Eligibility Criteria for SGUnitedTraineeships:
  • Singapore Citizen; and
  • Diploma graduates from ITEs, polytechnics, universities, or other educational institutions (e.g. private universities and overseas institutions);
