Responsibilities:
  • To ensure incoming and outcoming shipping schedules are met
  • Handle PO receiving and ensure correct stock entries 
  • Carry out cycle-counting, stock take or stock reconciliation 
  • Coordinate with Purchasing / Finance department in handling of suppliers’ documents 
  • Purchase, source and monitor packing material and equipment used in warehouse 
  • Handle return merchandise authorization (RMA) and non-conformance report
Requirement 
  • At least NITEC/ Higher NITEC, or Diploma (any field)
  • Candidate must be computer literate
  • Candidate must possess good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge in Incoterm / Stock Reconciliation and Tracking is essential 
  • Work experience in related field would be an advantage
  • Knowledge in Microsoft office and excel.
