Job Description:

  • Managing the day to day sourcing and procurement proces:

o  Setup and manage Purchase Processes, Approved Vendor List for product and services sourcing to support custom solution/3rd party component/non-trade activities according to the Swagelok quality system manual.

o  Establish system/process to optimize the tools that provided by Swagelok, other distributor inventory and collaborate closely within our distributorship in 3 locations (Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia) to provide the best lead time and product for customers.

o  Collaborate with sales and other operations team to fulfil customer enquiry for 3rd party items as a component or part of custom solutions from approved vendor list.

o  Build, evaluate and improve the approved vendor list to provide better services to our customers.

o  Perform administrative duties for all procurement records keeping and filing in accordance with Swagelok Quality System.

  • Managing the supply chain from US to SG and JKRTA

o  Good receipt and withdrawal data entry.    

o  Oversea the pick and pack process in company owned warehouse to ensure fulfill customer order and meet the quality objective KPI

o  Perform administrative duties for all shipment records keeping and filing in accordance with Swagelok Quality System.

o  Manage 3rd party logistics

  • Perform data analytics and sales and operations planning (S&OP) to support our customer better.
  • Responsible to improve the supply chain process and continuous improvement.
  • Any other duties assigned.
