Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible and support the daily end user support operations of AMK-THK Hospital’s systems.
  • Responsible for network/system user account management and administration.
  • Ensure systems security and protection from intrusions, spam and virus attacks.
  • Evaluate test, and deploy all software and hardware upgrades to the desktop and server infrastructure.
  • Perform daily system monitoring, capacity planning, backup and maintenance.
  • Perform audits, reviews, security control assessments and ensuring IT policies are in place.
  • Work closely with various departments to evaluate, identify and propose innovative soloution and hardware for hospital’s future IT needs.
  • Working closely with the application team to ensure that application is deployed without any system issues.
  • Maintain operational, configuration, inventory control, security, warranty, IT procurement and other procedure documentation.
  • Analyze systems security event data to identify suspicious and malicious activity.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
  • Min 5 Years of relevant experience in EUC desktops troubleshooting, IT Operation Management and Server’s Management.
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows Operating Systems.
  • Must be experienced in managing and maintaining Activity Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Routers, Virus Scanner, VPN, 2FA, Firewall and virtualized environments.
  • Strong team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Certification that support the above experience and skills would be added advantage Eg MCSE, CCNA, ITIL, ITSM, CISSP, CISA, CISM, etc.
  • Expereince working in Healthcare Industry would be added advantage.
