As a senior executive in T&D, He/she will support in prioritising learning needs, based on current and future capability requirements to initiate programmes, and provides necessary support for delivering different learning programmes.
He/she will curate and facilitate in-house learning programmes and induction programme for new hires. He/she is also the administrator to ensure all training requests are processed accurately and timely.
He/she will take a lead in our Trainee Programme, assists in talent assessment to identify high-potential talent and programme implementation for high-potential talent, and supports the organisational HR function in developing and implementing programmes for succession planning.
Prepare new staff by conducting orientation to service process; providing resources and assistance;
Support HR on staffing, Performance Management, Performance Improvement Plans and implementing career pathways
Perform Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) with Managers to develop and implement training programs and curriculum based on both the organization’s and the individual’s needs
Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them.
Monitor and review progress of staff to enhance retention rate
Handle training-related admin matters (including applications and claims of training grants)
Assist in preparing training status on a periodic basis for management’s review
HR Diploma with full ACTA certification
2 years of relevant working experience in the Service and/or Hospitality industry
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Excellent presentation skills
Strong organizational and team management skills
Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations…etc.)
Able to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
