Trainers Recruitment
  • Assist in collecting trainer professional certificates and filling up of application form
  • Submit new trainers’ application forms to relevant authorities (SSG) for accreditation and approval
  • Preparation of contracts and management of proper filing system
Trainers Management
  • Maintain trainers’ personal file (P-File)
    • Update personal particulars and new certificates achieved
  • Training and development
    • Keeping track of the training records of each trainer
    • Support Training Manager in coordinating Train the Trainer (TTT) sessions and other training programs
  • Performance management
    • Review trainee’s evaluation on trainers and programs, review and keep track of complaints on trainers, coordinate sit-in sessions of trainer’s classes
    • Renewal of trainer contract upon Training Manager’s approval
  • Update trainers on new courses and curriculum
  • Prepare and update honorarium list
  • Prepare and update contracts and NDA for trainers and associate trainers
  • Create profiles of trainers in TMS and SkillsConnect
  • Prepare and update Trainer Competency Checklist and coordinates with Scheduler for the list of courses that the new AT can teach
  • Schedule and conduct trainers’ annual sit-in observation, monthly walk-the-site visits by training.
  • Ensure training records and trainers’ details are accurately maintained and updated in trainers’ pfiles, TMS, SkillsConnect, Trainers Portal, etc. are in compliance with CIR requirements.
Curriculum Management
  • Ensure all courses are accredited/audited timely for accreditation and Funding approval/renewal in SkillsConnect
  • Assist Training Manager in monitoring the training courseware development or revamp; as part of CVRR
  • Coordinate the translation of courses
  • Update all stakeholders on any changes to curriculum
  • Keep up to date course details and outlines in database
  • Update Trainers and Operations Team on new/updated courseware & curriculum
  • Prepare monthly reports
  • Brief & liaise with Delivery Team on new program administration requirements
  • Upload courseware in shared drive when appropriate
  • Ensure proper set-up courseware / lab for each training prior to the start of each run Funding Related Support
  • Submit Non-WSQ courses for accreditation and funding.
  • Apply extension of course support period for course amendments and admin
  • Liaise with funding agency on submissions and status of application and responds to clarifications where necessary
  • Diploma in business administration / human resources or related field
  • At least 1 years of relevant experience in training administration
  • Familiar with Security or Cleaning Industry
  • ACTA or ACLP (advantage but optional)
  • Familiar with SkillsConnect system in creating/maintain Adult Educator roles
  • Familiar with SkillsConnect system in course accreditation and funding submission/renewal 
  • Able to work at Jurong East 
  • Immediate starters or short notice candidates will be preferred
